It reaches every country. Codes and alerts worldwide, from one account.
It finds who to message. KYC pending, payment due, card expiring.
It writes the message. Short, clear and in your tone.
It knows the senders. Which sender ID is registered in each country.
It keeps service and marketing apart. Opting out of offers never blocks a security alert.
Frequently
asked questions
Can I send verification codes from my own code?
Yes. The SMS API sends a code with a single request, and the delivery report reaches your webhook as soon as the carrier confirms it.
Do security alerts reach customers who opted out of marketing?
Yes. Saying no to offers and being suppressed are different states: a customer who opts out of promotions still gets service and security messages.
Which channel should I use for each message?
SMS for codes and alerts, because it reaches every phone with no app. RCS for campaigns with a verified brand and rich cards, and WhatsApp for reminders your customers can answer.
Can customers reply to an alert?
Yes, with two-way enabled. The reply reaches your webhook, so your system can freeze a card or move a payment date.
How is access to the account protected?
With two-factor authentication, roles per organisation and per project, and control over the apps connected to your account.
