Add MCP server
Paste the address
Add Instasent's connector to your AI tool like any MCP server. Nothing to install, no SDK — or use an organization API key.

You have 1,352 contacts in the Acme Inc project.
Start asking
Your AI discovers what it can do and answers with your data: audience, campaigns, results. Like an analyst with your account open.
It analyzes and prepares.
You confirm every send.
It analyzes what your data says — orders, events, results — and prepares campaigns, flows and segments for you to review, improve and send.
What it can do
Explore your audience
Counts who you can reach on each channel, reads their events and opens individual profiles.
Build and audit segments
Creates segments from your data and events, and finds the ones nobody is using.
Draft campaigns and flows
Writes campaigns in your brand's tone and prepares automations from what your customers do — drafts ready for your review.
Analyze your results
Totals by period, trends, and up to five campaigns compared on the same metrics.
Check delivery by country
Tells you whether a country is reachable, with which senders, and what is blocking it.
Use all your data sources
Works with everything your integrations bring in: orders, events, attributes.
Understand your data
Explains your fields and checks which ones are actually filled before proposing anything.
Apply our playbooks
Fourteen short guides tell it what to check before it proposes an audience or a message.
Answer product questions
Searches the official help and links the exact screen in the panel.
What it never does
It never sends
No tool can send a message, launch a campaign or activate an automation.
Drafts stay inactive
A campaign it writes is parked until a person reviews it and sends it from the panel.
You control what it can do and see
Writing needs your explicit permission, and three privacy levels decide what data it sees.
What a ten-minute
conversation gets done
- Which segments is nobody using?
It crosses your segments with real usage and returns the orphans and the empty ones.
- Buyers who went quiet 60 days ago
It checks those fields are filled, counts who qualifies — and saves it only if you ask.
- Prepare a win-back campaign
It writes in your brand's tone, picks the segment and parks the draft for you to review.
- What worked best this quarter?
Up to five campaigns ranked on the same metrics — and which metric doesn't apply to which channel.
- Why aren't my SMS reaching France?
Whether the country is reachable, with which senders, and the link to the screen where it's fixed.
- How do I set up consent per channel?
It answers with the official guide and hands you the exact screen in the panel.
Frequently
asked questions
- Which AI tools does it work with?
- Any client that speaks the open MCP standard over a remote connection: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and a list that keeps growing on its own. If you already use AI, there is nothing new to learn.
- Can the AI send a message by mistake?
- No. No tool in the catalog sends. It's not a disabled option someone could re-enable — the capability doesn't exist. The AI prepares; a person confirms and sends from the panel.
- Can it change or delete my contacts?
- No. The only two tools that write create new things — a segment or a campaign draft — and both require an explicit permission you can decline.
- What does the AI see of my customers' personal data?
- Whatever each project decides. Privacy has three levels per access type: normal, anonymized — analytics stay available while emails, phones, names and custom attributes are hidden — or blocked entirely. It applies on top of permissions and can only restrict.
- Do I need to know how to code?
- No. You paste an address and authorize on a screen. Teams that prefer it can use an organization API key instead — same connector, same catalog.
- Does it cost extra?
- The connector is part of the platform. What scales with your plan is how much you can use it — calls per minute and how far back reports can look — like the rest of the product.
