Add the connector
In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors → + → Add custom connector, give it a name and paste Instasent's server address. It works on the web and on Desktop; the Free plan allows one custom connector.

Authorize the project
Claude opens Instasent in your browser: sign in, pick the project and the permissions it gets. The connection is listed under Connected apps, and you can revoke it any time.

Check it
Ask it anything about your audience. If the answer carries your real figures, you are connected.
What to ask Claude
- Which customers bought twice and have not opened anything in a month?
- Build a segment with them and tell me how many are reachable by RCS.
- Draft the Black Friday campaign for that segment, in my tone.
- How did last month go? Deliveries, clicks and orders, by channel.
