How often are payouts made?
Automatically, on the 7th of every month, through PayPal. You need at least 100 EUR in accumulated commissions to be paid out, and transfers take 3 to 5 days to land in your account.
How do I track the signups I refer?
From your partner dashboard. As long as the person used your referral link, everything you see there is accurate: signups, active subscriptions and the commission accrued on each one.
Does my discount code track referrals even without the link?
Yes. If someone subscribes using your promo code without going through your link, the sale is credited to your account exactly as if they had. So you can talk about Instasent on video or on a podcast and simply give out your code.
Where do I find logos and promotional materials?
In your partner dashboard, together with the banners and message templates. If you need something specific that is not there, ask our support team and we will prepare it.
Can I run paid ads with my referral link?
No. Paid advertising is not allowed, and commissions generated that way are not paid out. We review accounts regularly and may ask you to show how a sale was generated.
