- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Starter plan is free and needs no card. You only pay when you send at scale or upgrade.
- How is pricing calculated?
- A monthly plan for platform features plus per-message rates that vary by country and channel (SMS, RCS, WhatsApp).
- Which channels do you support?
- SMS, RCS and WhatsApp, all from one customer data platform. Voice, email and social are not channels we cover.
- Are your messages GDPR compliant?
- Yes. We are an EU company built for opt-in, consent tracking and one-click unsubscribe by design.
- Can I keep my sender ID?
- Yes, where the destination country allows it. We help you register alphanumeric sender IDs where required.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Plans are month to month and you can cancel in two clicks from your dashboard.
