Frequently
asked questions

Can I send verification codes by API?
Yes. The SMS API sends one-time codes, alerts and receipts from your code, over REST or SMPP, with SDKs for Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby and Java.
Can events in my product trigger messages?
Yes. Send them through the Ingest API, or from Zapier, Make or n8n, and a flow listens for them and sends the message by SMS.
Which channel should I use for each message?
SMS for codes, alerts and automated flows, because it reaches every phone. RCS and WhatsApp for campaigns: launches with cards and buttons, or the app your users already open.
How do I know a message was delivered?
Point a webhook at your API token and every status change, from accepted to delivered or failed, arrives there as it happens.
Can my AI agent work with Instasent?
Yes, over MCP. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other agents can query your data and draft segments and campaigns. Nothing is sent without a person's OK.
Where do the figures on this page come from?
The sector figures come from the public studies cited under each one. The Orbitask figures are examples from a demo brand, not Instasent averages.

  • Create a segment of accounts at 80% usage
  • Which flow step loses the most trials?
