Gemini
Your audience, from the terminal. You approve the send.
Gemini reaches your project through the MCP server, and the Gemini CLI is where it works best: it reads your audience next to the files you already have open, compares them and leaves the segment and the campaign prepared. Sending waits for your approval.
Gemini, working on a real project
Hi Óscar
Where should we start?
Connect Gemini to your project
The fast way. Paste this prompt into Gemini and it does the three steps for you.
Or do it by hand:
- 1
Add the server
In the Gemini CLI, run gemini mcp add --transport http instasent followed by Instasent's server address. The Gemini app can also add it under Settings → Connected Apps → Custom apps, for now only on personal accounts in the US.
- 2
Sign in
Run /mcp auth instasent. Gemini opens Instasent in your browser: sign in, pick the project and the permissions it gets. The connection is listed under Connected apps, and you can revoke it any time.
- 3
Check it
Type /mcp to see Instasent's tools, then ask it to count your contacts. If the figure matches, you are connected.
What to ask Gemini
- Compare customers.csv with my audience and tell me which phone numbers are not in Instasent yet.
- Which attributes are filled in for fewer than half of my contacts?
- Build a segment of customers in Madrid who bought in the last 30 days.
- Summarise last quarter's campaigns in a table: sends, clicks and conversions.
What Gemini will not do on its own
- It reads everything.
- Audience, campaigns, flows and results of the project you connect.
- It creates and leaves it ready.
- Contacts, segments and campaign drafts, prepared for you to review.
- It never sends.
- Sending waits for your approval, every time. No agent sends on its own.
