Segment by real behaviour
What they bought, when they last bought, what they looked at and never came back to. The segment updates itself as new data arrives.
Customers and orders, synced automatically.
Shopify is the connector that gives Instasent the most to work with. Customers, orders and open checkouts come across, and from then on every purchase and every abandoned cart arrives the moment it happens. It's also the only ecommerce connector that gets a native abandoned-cart signal, which is what makes recovery messages land at the right time instead of a few hours late.
Shopify Plus uses this same connector — there's nothing extra to set up.
Real time
Imports your existing contacts
Everything already in your account comes across on the first sync.
Imports your existing orders
How far back the history goes depends on your plan.
Imports your latest open checkouts
How far back the history goes depends on your plan.
Receives events in real time
As soon as they happen in Shopify, not on the next pass.
Triggers automations
Real-time events can start a flow the moment they arrive.
Contacts stay in sync
Changes land in real time, not on a schedule.
Feeds your segments
Use the contact data and the events to segment your audience.
Generates the abandoned-cart event
Shopify doesn't send one. Instasent creates it from the checkout-start event after a few hours without activity.

What they bought, when they last bought, what they looked at and never came back to. The segment updates itself as new data arrives.
Message a segment directly, with RCS where the phone supports it and SMS everywhere else.
An abandoned cart, a purchase, a form submission — the event arrives and the flow starts.
Iris reads the data these connectors bring in, answers questions about your audience and prepares the campaign. You're the one who sends it.
Marketing preferences are carried over with one rule: only an active opt-out becomes a refusal. Somebody who never said anything arrives with no preference set, not as a yes. It's the conservative reading, and it's the one that keeps you compliant.
Free to start, no card. The first sync runs on its own.
